Booking conditions
Subject to availability, booking will be accepted by payment of a 20% deposit by bank transfer within 7 working days.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, payable by bank transfer in the same way. Please note that failure to comply with this condition will lead to cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit paid.
Cancellation
Cancellation will be accepted up to 60 days prior to arrival. A refund of 50% of the deposit is payable in such circumstances. Please note that Sintrabiking reserve the right to cancel in the unlikely event that the minimum number in a group (four riders) is not met. In these circumstances a full refund will be made.
Flights
Sintrabiking will not be liable for additional expenses such as non refundable airline tickets for whatever reason.
